Wilde Wycher Broc was purchased in June 2022 and has been abandoned for approximately fifteen years. There’s a lot of work to do, including the removal of a couple of derelict caravans, rubble and waste and repairing a couple of animal shelters.

There’s also a dilapidated structure of ‘historic interest’, currently buried in undergrowth!
